Initial Conversation
There are thousands of franchise brands in the US so the selection process can seem overwhelming at first. You can spend months learning more about brands without getting much closer to finding the right fit for your goals. This research will likely not even give you the adequate information to properly compare franchises either.
Save yourself the frustration by speaking with us first. We will guide you through the right process so you can understand which franchises will be the best fits for your personal situation.
In our first conversation, we focus on getting to know you including your career experience, interest in franchising, and goals for the future. Then we will send you a Confidential Questionnaire that delves into greater depth about your requirements for your business.
In-Depth Consult
Once we receive your Confidential Questionnaire, we will have our consultation to learn more about what type of business would be the best for your circumstances. Some of the areas we will cover include:
Your motivation for owning your own business
The location where you would like your business to be
Your thoughts about managing people
The investment level you would like to make
If you will own the business alone or have other partner with you
Your timeline for when you want to open
Once we have this information, we will create you a model unique to you to help you determine the fit of certain franchise opportunities. This model focuses on the areas that are most important to you as well as what an ideal franchise would look like. You will see items such as:
Full-time or part-time opportunity
Number and type of employees
The role you will have in your new business
How you will be involved in sales for your business
With this model and information from our consultation, we will start to analyze the thousands of available franchises to identify a shortlist of the best businesses for you.
Selection and Due Diligence
At this point, you can expect to start being connected to franchises to start your review process. We will conduct a wide search of available franchises based upon a long list of criteria such as:
Availability
Required level of investment
Culture fit between you and the brand
We will then introduce you to specific franchise brands and coach you to ensure you get all the information you need from the franchisor. You will be the one who has to do the research; however you can trust that this methodology has worked for countless people to efficiently select a perfect franchise for them.
